Had the team out to remove a rotted cupola and repair a section of roof. Peter and the team were great. Great communication, thoughtful and excellent work. I would highly recommend. Will definitely be contacting them first when I need to do a full replacement

We cannot stress how impressed we were with the job that NS Roofing did for us. From the initial consult and meeting with Scott, to the expertise of his father Bruce to "trouble shoot" potential issues, to the hard work, work ethic, skill, cleanliness and professionalism of the demo crew and roofers, and to the measured precise perfection of the guys that meticulously worked on our gutters, the job from start to finish couldn't have been easier for us (not so much for the crew)! Our job was NOT an easy one. We have a 3-story, steeply pitched, 105 year old house and the job entailed removing 3 layers of roofing and the cedar shingles that lay beneath, laying plywood over the entire structure before roofing, and then installing gutters that will lay flush to the side. We would highly recommend NS Roofing!

Longer used on newer buildings. No other company even know what they were let alone how to repair one. North Shore Roofing does, Scott was very knowledgeable, courteous and the work was completed as promised and we no longer have any leaks. These guys really know the roofing business and I highly recommend them.

Reached out to NS Roofing and within hours Peter was at the house giving us an estimate for the job. We chose NS Roofing as Peter seemed the most personable and the cost was lower than anyone else we contacted. Some contractors never called saying they were coming, some actually hopped our back yard fence, and climbed up on top of the house before we even knew they were there ( that happened on two occasions) Knowing that we were having the house painted as soon as they were done Peter quoted a one week turnaround. Every day day his crew was there at 8 sharp and worked until at least 6:00 that evening. The old roof was completely stripped down to the wood, repapered, and any repairs that needed to be made were. When Friday night rolled around they hadn't finished (one day of high winds forced them off the roof for the day) and instead of waiting until the following Monday to complete the job and pushing our painter out a couple of days, they showed up Saturday morning and worked another 10 hour day to get the job done on time. Clean up was exceptional. We were told that his crew had pulled somewhere in the neighborhood of 8000 nails from the old roof, I have picked up less than a dozen from the yard since they have left. The new roof looks beautiful. I would recommend North Shore Roofing whole heartedly.

The workers came on time and i didn't have to tell them anything because they knew what they were doing. They cleaned up and took away all the old materials.

Scott and his team did a great job replacing my roof and gutter system. Prior to contract signing and job start, Scott clearly laid out my replacement/cost options. North Shore also handled some miscellaneous siding/brick repairs that were also potentially contributing to some leaks. Team was professional and showed up on-time/early each day. Work was completed quickly and in a timely manner. Team cleaned up after themselves and removed all garbage/materials at the end of each workday. Pricing was comparable to proposals received from other roofing contractors. I would definitely use them again in the future and/or recommend them to others. PS. Will revisit review after next big storm. There was a decent storm after the work was completed, but will need to wait for the next serious flash flooding event.
